Another hot week in Uruguay!
Hola Familia and Amigos
I hope all is well back home! We just had another great week out here in Fray Bentos!
This
week was really amazing, because we started teaching these two sisters
that we found a few weeks back, and they`re really receptive. We also
started teaching a less-active member`s daughter, and I have a really
good feeling that they`re all going to progress really well! They always
seem so interested in the message. Also, we found a member the other
day who hasn`t been coming to church, but she is really friendly and
says that her daughter is super interested in the church, so much that
she memorized Joseph Smith`s first vision! We set up an appointment with
them, and I`m really looking forward to teaching them.
I
love working here in this city. There`s this woman here who hasn`t been
coming to church, but I just love her so much. She`s super stubborn
and really short. This week we read about Lehi`s dream with her and it
was really neat because she was trying to analyze it before we even
explained what everything represented. This Sunday she came to church
with her son, and if I heard her correctly, I`m pretty sure she told me
that she was never going to stop coming to church!
So
the work is moving forward here in Uruguay! And I`m so glad to be a
part of it! I love you all and thanks for all the support!
