Through Small Means
Dear Everyone,
Well it`was another amazing week in Juan Lacaze! We had some really good experiences finding people.
This
week we had an amazing experience with our investigators Oscar and
Estela. Estela had always been the one to answer most of the questions
during the lesson and they both had already rejected the baptimal
invitation the last time we came over, but this time we taught them
about the plan of salvation and asked them again to be baptized. After
explaining about the priesthood authority, Estela said that she won`t
yet because she was already baptized in the catholic church. Oscar sat
there thinking, he`s a really quiet man. Finally, he asked "can you two
come back again? I`m going to think about it." He was really serious
about it. We said that of course we could come back! We left that lesson
flying on clouds.
Also, this week we stopped
by a few old investsigators, Mabel and Enrique. We just had one lesson
with them and invited them to church. They said they would so we told
them we`d stop by to walk with them. We went before church and they were
ready! Even though the night beforehand Enrique had to go to the
hospital because he had a problem with his gallbladder. He still made
the sacrifice to come to church. It`s amazing, the Lord truly provides a
way for us all to fulfill His commandments, and he blesses us for every
sacrifice. 1 Nephi 3:7
