Dear Everyone,
I made it this week to Artigas! It`s
really different from my last area but I`m coming to love it! there are a
ton of people here and I`m right next to the border of Brazil, so there
are a lot of Bilingual families here, so that`s a new thing!
This
week I was able to meet two investigators here, Lulo and Jessica. there
are really amazing! They both have their difficulties that they are
working on before they can be baptized, but it was amazing because as we
were in the lesson, Jessica said, "We already know that all of this is
true, the only thing left that we need to do is fulfill with it." It
touched my heart so much!
We also talked with a
woman named Angelica, she hasn`t come to church for a long time. We
invited her to come to church and this Sunday she came to sacrament
meeting! It was a miracle. I know that this work is so true, and that
the Spirit really testifies to our hearts and to everyone of our brethren.
I love you all! Today I went to
Brazil for the first time! It`s heating up over here for Summer. Thank
you for caring for me and I wish you all the best!

Hey! iIwas able to see the eclipse here too! They say it
gets up to 50 degrees Celsius here in the Summer, but so far it`s been
okay, i`m just a little burned so far ;) There are a ton of people here
in Artigas, and yeah, today I went to Brazil! It was awesome but I know
nothing about Portuguese.. I`m learning a little though because we`re so
close to the border :P also, this week my companion is going to Montevideo and so I`m going to stay here with a missionary who has only
been here for a week who is Brazilian... so that will be an adventure! Especially because I don`t know the area yet, haha ;)
